Studio Use & Conduct

  • Please be punctual for entry and exit. Extra charges apply for overtime use.
  • Please make sure to politely remind the users inside to finish and leave when your scheduled time starts, to avoid any delay.
  • Ensure all electrical equipment is turned off and doors are locked after use.
  • Our studio uses a digital lock. Please always bring your phone with you (e.g. when going to restroom). If you forget the password, you may not be able to re-enter.
  • If specific equipment (such as sound systems, lighting, etc.) is required, please follow the operating instructions.
  • Strictly no smoking inside the studio.
  • No food or uncovered drinks are allowed inside the studio.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the user. Unlock Dance Studio is not liable for loss or theft.
  • No storage provided. Please check your belongings before leaving. We are not responsible for any loss.
  • Please return all equipment after use.
  • Bringing any dangerous items into the studio is strictly prohibited. Any illegal activities will result in fines or be reported to the police.
  • Do not remove or relocate any equipment without permission. Any loss or damage must be compensated at full cost.
  • Please dispose of trash properly when leaving to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.
  • Any violation may result in penalties according to the penalty list.
  • Take adequate measures to protect the building, walls, floors, doors, and fittings when bringing in and removing equipment, materials, and tools.

Health & Safety

  • Users must ensure they are in good health before using the studio. All activities are at the user's own risk.
  • Individuals with medical conditions or discomfort should refrain from intense physical activity.
  • The studio does not bear any responsibility for personal injuries.
  • The premises are equipped with CCTV surveillance for safety and management purposes. All recordings will not be disclosed publicly.

Delivery Policy

  • Once payment is successfully made, customers will receive a confirmation email containing the booking details.
  • For security reasons, the room passcode will only be displayed 24 hours before the check-in date and time.
  • Customers may also view their booking details and passcode via My Account → Bookings on the website.
  • If you do not receive the confirmation email within a few minutes after payment, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All bookings are non-refundable once paid.
  • Bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Any loss arising from late arrival, absence, or failure to attend the appointment shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • If cancellation is due to studio issues (e.g. equipment failure), a full refund or reschedule will be provided.

Refund & Wallet Policy

  • Refunds will not be credited to your original payment method. All approved refunds will be credited to your in-app wallet for future bookings or purchases.
  • Once wallet credits have been issued, customers are not eligible to dispute or reverse the refund.

Voucher Terms

  • If a booking is completed using vouchers, the vouchers will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated once the payment is finalized.
  • If a booking is cancelled before payment completion, the voucher will be returned to your account.

Order Rescheduling

  • If you wish to change your booking date or time, you must first cancel your existing order and submit a new booking.

Please note that our system does not support modifications to confirmed booking times.

Multiple Bookings in One Order

  • For orders containing multiple booking sessions, the system does not allow individual sessions within the same order to be cancelled or rescheduled separately.

Booking Recommendations

To protect your interests and avoid unnecessary losses, we strongly recommend that you:

  • Place a separate order for each booking session
  • Confirm your booking date and time before submitting your order
  • Avoid combining multiple booking sessions into a single order

Commercial Bookings

  • All commercial bookings must be arranged directly with our team via WhatsApp at +60 10-280 2012.
  • Studio packages, package credits, vouchers, promotional credits, and any other prepaid benefits are not applicable to commercial bookings.
  • Commercial bookings are subject to a designated payment method. Payment must be arranged directly with our team to confirm and secure the booking slot.
  • Any unauthorized commercial use of the studio, including but not limited to using the studio for commercial purposes without prior approval or a valid commercial booking, will result in a penalty of twice (2×) the applicable commercial booking fee.
  • The use of any lighting equipment or filming equipment will be considered a Commercial Booking.
  • Customers must contact our team via WhatsApp for commercial booking enquiries, pricing, payment arrangements, and confirmation before making any booking or payment.
  • If a customer proceeds to book through our website, tops up their wallet, purchases credits, or makes any payment without prior communication and confirmation from our team for a commercial booking, all payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. The customer shall be solely responsible for any resulting losses or inconvenience.

Any violation may result in penalties according to the penalty list.

The following actions will be considered violations and subject to penalties:

  • Exceeding the reserved time(Overtime of 10 minutes will be charged as half an hour rental, and so on.)
  • Studio left uncleaned or equipment not returned: RM100
  • Using rooms other than the one booked (Violators will be fined RM200+)
  • Smoking inside the studio (Violators will be fined RM300)
  • If any have been damaged or lost, you will be liable to pay compensation in the corresponding amount.
  • All doors, including room doors and the entrance glass door, must be properly closed after use. (Violators will be fined RM100)
  • Turn off all electrical equipment after use.
  • Violators may face the following fines:
  • Air conditioners RM200 if left on
  • Lights RM50-RM100 if left on
  • Speakers RM50 if left on
  • Fans RM50 if left on
  • Projector RM50 if left on

Terms Updates

  • We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be announced on our official page or booking platform.
